Giuseppina’s rabbit

Bonini Black
May 21, 2019 Condiments, Recipes 0 Comment

Ingredients

Rabbit, 1
White wine vinegar, 1 glass
Garlic, 1 clove
Parsley, 3 spoons, chopped
Bonini Condiment Affinato, 50ml

Method

Cut the rabbit into pieces, just as you would a chicken, put into a deep dish pan with the white wine vinegar, garlic and two spoons of chopped parsley. Cook slowly with a closed cover for about 15 min. Add the Bonini Condiment Affinato and 1 spoon of chopped parsley; finish the cooking without the cover (15 min) at a slow heat, stirring often. Serve the rabbit, which will have a dark color and a sweet and sour taste, with  a radicchio (chicory) salad.
