Ingredients
Dark chocolate 75%, 200g
Butter, 100g
Sugar, 100g
Eggs, 3
Flour, 3 tablespoons
Powdered sugar, as needed
Bonini Condiment Gustoso, 4 tablespoons
Method
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and, then let it cool. Add the butter already soft.
In a bowl whip the egg yolks with sugar and Bonini Condiment Gustoso. At the end, add the flour and the chocolate. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add to the rest.
Put the mixture in a baking pan, bake in preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 18 minutes exactly. Remove from the oven, let cool and cover with icing sugar, to taste.
