Ingredients
Sugar, 350g
Almonds, 350g, peeled
Water, 2 tablespoons
Bonini Condiment Gustoso, 4 tablespoons
Method
Toast the almonds in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 2-3 minutes.
Put the sugar and water into a non-stick frying pan and heat gently. Continue to stir until the sugar dissolves. Then increase the heat and boil for 4-5mins. You’re looking for a light golden-brown colour. Add the almonds and Bonini Condiment Gustoso: stir once before tipping onto a greased baking sheet.
Leave to cool and then snap into pieces to serve.
