Ingredients (for 1 person)
Strawberries, 250g
Sugar, 2 teaspoons
Mint, 1 leaf
Bonini Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extravecchio, 2 teaspoons
Method
Slice the strawberries. Add sugar and Bonini Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extravecchio.
Mix and put in the fridge. Mix again after about one hour and leave to marinate for up to 3-4 hours.
Serve in small glass dishes with a leaf of mint.
You can even serve the strawberries with vanilla ice-cream, adding a few more drops of Bonini Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extravecchio.
